Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao

Born from the storied tradition of The Macallan distillery, established in 1824 on the Easter Elchies estate in Speyside, Rich Cacao is the inaugural release of their Harmony Collection. Crafted under the guidance of Whisky Maker Polly Logan, this expression draws inspiration from the artistry of chocolate making, specifically a collaboration with chef Jordi Roca. Matured exclusively in sherry seasoned oak casks, Rich Cacao delivers a complex profile marked by notes of dark chocolate, spice, and a subtle fruit sweetness. Bottled in 2021 at 44% ABV, it represents a harmonious balance between exceptional whisky and sustainable practices.
