Crafted under the guidance of Whisky Maker Polly Logan, it draws inspiration from the artistry of chocolate making, resulting in a spirit matured exclusively in sherry seasoned oak casks. The nose offers inviting notes of rich cacao, complemented by subtle spice and fruit, leading to a smooth, balanced palate.
