Master Whisky Maker Polly Logan drew direct influence from the rich cacao process, resulting in a spirit matured exclusively in sherry seasoned oak casks. The resulting whisky offers a complex profile, hinting at dark chocolate and spice, balanced by the signature Macallan fruitiness. Bottled in 2021 at 44% ABV, this release embodies a commitment to both exceptional flavour and sustainable practices.
