The first expression, bottled at 55.7% ABV, draws its character from maturation in American oak sherry seasoned casks, offering notes of rich fruit and vanilla. Its companion, at 58.1% ABV, is matured in Spanish oak, imparting deeper dried fruit and spice complexities.
