This expression is part of The Archival Series, which showcases vintage advertisements from the 1970s to the 1990s, including an illustration of scientists enthusiastically carrying away what appears to be a barrel of The Macallan for "research purposes". Bottled at 43% ABV, this whisky boasts a robust and full-bodied character that is quintessentially Scotch.
