Crafted with local barley, pure spring water, and matured in a blend of Oloroso, American oak, and ex-Bourbon casks – many seasoned with Swedish birch sap wine and a touch of cherry wine – this expression delivers a distinctive sweetness and complexity. The result is a whisky free from additives, showcasing a character deeply rooted in its Nordic origins.
