Built in 1971, Mannochmore is a relatively young Speyside distillery owned by Diageo. It is rarely seen as a single malt, which makes this independent release from Càrn Mòr so special. Distilled in 2010, the whisky was matured for 11 years in a bourbon hogshead. Plenty of sweet notes such as meringue, candied fruit and cream.
