A 2009 Mannochmore single malt from independent bottler The Vintage Malt Whisky Company that was matured in a single refill sherry hogshead for 12 years, before being bottled in 2021 as part of its Cooper’s Choice series. Aromas of orange peel, figs, vanilla cream and fresh pastry fill the nose, complemented by notes of sweet malt, marmalade, baking spices, ginger, nutmeg, milk chocolate and toffee apples throughout the palate.
