Milk And Honey Single Cask Sherry Finish / London 2019

This is a young single malt from Israel released exclusively for The Whisky Show London 2019. It has been aged in an ex-Bourbon and finished in a Pedro Ximénez sherry butt before being bottled at 55% ABV. It is also worth considering the climate in which this whisky was produced – the hot, humid weather speeds up the maturation process which international distilleries like Milk and Honey, Amrut and Kavalan use to their advantage.
