A limited-edition single malt from Tel Aviv distiller Milk & Honey, matured in a single Portuguese Cabernet Sauvignon wine cask, creating a fruity, spicy character. Aromas of red apples, apricot jam, white pepper, star anise and sea salt fill the nose, complemented by notes of vanilla custard, cloves, dried fruit, thyme, caramel and dark chocolate throughout the palate, with an undercurrent of toasted oak and sea salt. Created especially for Father’s Day, this limited-edition single malt has space on the label to leave a message for Dad.
