Mortlach Special Release 2022

Mortlach whisky is crafted at Dufftown's iconic distillery, where a unique combination of stills produces a muscular and beefy spirit that has earned it the nickname "the beast of Dufftown". Distilled 2.81 times, Mortlach's whisky is made with water from the Dykehead and Catscraig springs and barley from Glen Ord Maltings. Bottled in 2022, this expression combines whisky matured in Tawny Port, Red Muscat & Virgin Oak casks, yielding a rich and complex flavour profile at a robust 57.8% ABV.
