Nc’nean Organic Single Malt Whisky – Batch 16

Here’s the 16th batch of Nc’nean Organic Single Malt Whisky. Each spirit in this series is made using organic Scottish barley as well as gentle fermentation and distillation, before being aged in STR (shaved, toasted and re-charred) red wine casks and bourbon casks. Once the Highlanders are happy, they pop the spirit into 100% recycled glass bottles, because that’s just how they roll. Sustainable and tasty stuff.
