This is the flagship expression of New Riff?s rye-based bourbon. The spirt is made with a mash bill of non-GMO grains and bottled-in-bond after 4 years in virgin American oak casks. It?s packed with spice and young enough to be sharp. There are pepper and sweet caramel toward the finish, with lingering spice notes in abundance.
