This expression is inspired by the Old Perth blend, originally created in the early 1900s by the Thomson family, and features a rich flavor profile characteristic of casks aged with Pedro Ximenez (PX), Oloroso, and Palo Cortado sherry wines. The result is a complex, full-bodied whisky with notes of dark chocolate, dried fruits, and subtle spices.
