Pelter Single Malt Batch 2 5 Year Old

The second batch of Israeli single malt released by Pelter Distillery has spent four years in first-fill Jim Beam bourbon barrels and a further year in ex-Otard Cognac and Pelter brandy casks. The result is aromas of pecan pie, lemon drizzle cake, melted butter and summer flowers that fill the nose, complemented by notes of sweet malt, honey, warm oak, milk chocolate and tobacco throughout the palate.
