Pike Creek is regarded by many as one of the best Canadian whiskies on the market. This 10-year-old is made from a mashbill of rye and corn, which is double distilled, aged in new white oak bourbon barrels and finished in rum barrels. It is soft and smooth, with notes of dried orange peel, green apple, brown sugar and Christmas cake, boasting an approachable rye spice and mature oak flavour.
