This Bruichladdich whisky is a heavily peated single malt from Islay, Scotland, distilled in 2001 at a strength of 50% ABV. With a peat level of 40ppm, it boasts a powerful yet elegant character, resulting from quadruple distillation in tall stills. Aged for 10 years, this whisky commemorates the Lochindaal distillery, originally known as Port Charlotte, which closed its doors in 1929.
