Distilled at Bruichladdich in Scotland, this whisky is heavily peated to 40ppm, showcasing both power and elegance due to its traditional distillation method in tall stills. A commemorative spirit created by the Murray McDavid team, it pays tribute to the historic Lochindaal distillery. This 16-year-old single malt is a vatting of three parcels, including refill hogsheads, first fill bourbon barrels, and a selection of casks previously holding sherry, bourbon, and virgin oak, all expertly blended together. Bottled at 55.8% ABV in 2020, this whisky offers a rich, complex taste profile with notes to be discovered upon each pour.
