Hailing from the Islay distillery of Bruichladdich, Port Charlotte PC 6 would be a unique drink even if it wasn’t an exclusive. Thanks to being matured in both bourbon and Madeira casks, the drink has prominent smoky notes throughout. The nose is mild and fruity with hints of caramel and vanilla. From the first sip, the taste has a lot of smoky tones – burnt wood, ash, and gunpowder, coupled with fruity tartness and spiciness. The smoky finish lingers, gradually replaced with fresh mint and walnut aftertaste. Port Charlotte PC 6 is a masterpiece single malt, and there are only 18000 bottles of it, so make sure to try out this drink!
