Port Charlotte Valinch SYC:01 is a powerfully elegant single malt, born from Bruichladdich’s heavily peated spirit – matured to 40ppm – and distilled in their signature tall stills. This 11-year-old whisky is a tribute to the historic Port Charlotte distillery, lost in 1929, and represents one of the first spirits revived by Murray McDavid in 2001. Exclusively bottled at cask strength from a single 2nd fill Syrah cask (#13/080) at 60.2% ABV, each Valinch is uniquely selected for its character. Expect a distinctive and individual expression reflecting its singular origin and maturation.
