Portknockie whisky, hailing from the renowned Speyside region in Scotland, is a masterful blend of fine and rare whiskies matured in expertly selected hogshead and Bourbon casks. The Bourbon barrels impart deep notes of candied fruit, honey, and light caramel, while the delicate vanilla finish adds to its complexity. This smooth, velvety spirit boasts a unique sweet and fruity flavour profile, carefully crafted through a three-part process that includes chill filtering. Bottled at 43% ABV in 70cl volumes.
