This whisky is inspired by the historic Mitchell & Sons brand, which originated in Dublin in 1805. Aged for 15 years, it has been matured in a combination of American Bourbon, Spanish Sherry Butts, and Marsala Wine Casks, imparting a rich and complex flavour profile. With a smooth 46% ABV and bottled at 70cl, this whisky offers a deep, velvety texture and a balanced blend of sweet and spicy notes.
