Redbreast 1991 is a 25 year old Single Pot Still whiskey from Ireland. Bottled in 2016 at 53% this bottle will make a fine addition to any Ireland Single Pot Still whiskey lover. Please note that this Distillery Bottling is 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt. It is also worth mentioning that this is uncolored, non-chillfiltered, cask strength, single cask whisky edition of Midleton (1975-). This is one of only 624 bottles ever produced. A fact, that makes this edition even more desirable.
