Redbreast Lustau Edition

Redbreast is an Irish single pot still whiskey produced in Dublin by W & A Gilbey, who sourced their spirit from the renowned Bow Street Distillery. This expression showcases the whiskey's unique character, aged for nine to twelve years in a combination of Bourbon and refill Oloroso Sherry barrels, before being transferred into Lustau Oloroso Sherry casks for an additional year of maturation. The result is a rich, complex whisky with a deep amber colour and a smooth, velvety texture, offering notes of dried fruit, vanilla, and subtle oak influences. With its 46% ABV, this expression is a true testament to the craftsmanship of Redbreast's distillers.
