This single malt from the Queen of the Lowlands, the Rosebank distillery, was distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2003 by Gordon & MacPhail for their celebrated Connoisseurs Choice series. On the nose, there are grassy notes, followed by grapefruit juice and herbs. The palate is lightly sweet, combining walnuts, acacia honey and some peppery herbs.
