Distilled in 2015 at the Welsh distillery of Penderyn, this 7-year-old single malt showcases the Society’s commitment to unique cask selections. Matured initially in ex-Bourbon barrels before a finishing period in a first-fill Tawny Port barrique, it offers a complex and intriguing character. Expect a rich, fruity profile with notes of dark berries and spice, balanced by the subtle sweetness imparted by the Port cask. Bottled at a robust 60.2% ABV, this is a limited release – one of only 344 bottles – representing a distinctive expression of Welsh whisky artistry.
