SMWS 30.119 Glenrothes 1997 24 Year Old

This Glenfarclas whisky has been distilled in 1997 at the Glenfarclas distillery on Speyside, Scotland, and left to mature for 24 years in a combination of Bourbon Hogshead and Pedro Ximenez (PX) casks. The result is a rich and complex dram with notes of dark chocolate, dried fruits, and a hint of smokiness, characteristic of the Glenfarclas house style. Bottled at a robust 58.4% ABV, this whisky offers a bold and full-bodied experience for the seasoned connoisseur. One of only 200 bottles was released from this cask.
