A 2007 Speyburn single malt from independent bottler Hunter Laing that was matured in a single sherry butt for 14 years, before being bottled in February 2022 as part of is Old Malt Cask series. Aromas of ginger, green apple peel and oak fill the nose, complemented by notes of freshly-baked Danish pastries, sultanas, fudge and oak spice throughout the palate.
