A 14-year-old single malt from an undisclosed distillery in Speyside, independently bottled by Ian Macleod. ?The Cigar Malt? aged in a first-fill sherry butt from May 2006 to November 2020. The nose opens with a basketful of fresh blackberries and Maraschino cherries, lashings of milk chocolate, freshly ground coffee and stewed red apples. The palate is opulent, filled with blackberry and cherry jam, dried figs and plenty of milk chocolate with raisins and peanuts.
