The Spirit of Hven distillery was the first to produce an island single malt whisky in Sweden, with the island of Ven or ‘Hven’ being situated in the Öresund Strait between Denmark and Sweden. Established in 2008, it is also only the third legal pot still distillery ever built in Sweden.
