Our Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery Projects 001 is a limited release Single Malt whisky, produced from a combination of Sherry and Bourbon casks, with a rich 46% ABV. This exclusive bottle was part of the inaugural batch of only 2000, carefully crafted to showcase the maturing process of Spirit of Yorkshire's whisky at their farm-based distillery in Hunmanby, North Yorkshire. With its complex character and balanced finish, this whisky is a true reflection of the region's unique terroir, distilled in Scotland with passion and precision.
