This unique expression undergoes 2.5 distillations and a careful maturation, beginning in refill Bourbon casks before a 5-year finish in fresh Gaja Barolo wine casks. The result is a complex and robust whisky, offering a subtly peated character interwoven with rich fruit notes and a distinctive wine influence.
