This 2022 Local Barley release from Springbank Distillery is a complex and robust expression, featuring a medium peat character and two-and-a-half times distillation. Crafted with locally sourced barley, this whisky was distilled in May 2011 and bottled in December 2021 after ten years of maturation. The 51.6% ABV spirit boasts a rich flavour profile, characteristic of Springbank's signature style. As one of only 15,000 bottles released from the family-owned distillery that produces 100% of its production on site, this whisky is a true testament to Scotland's heritage.
