This complex and robust expression boasts a medium peatiness and is distilled to a high standard at the family-owned Springbank distillery, where every step of the production process takes place on site. The Local Barley series pays tribute to Campbeltown's past, where barley was once grown locally for whisky production, while also showcasing the distillery's skill in blending traditional techniques with modern innovation. With a rich, full-bodied flavor profile and a distinctive smokiness, this 8-year-old whisky is truly one of a kind, bottled at 58.1% ABV as part of an exclusive release of just 13,500 bottles.
