St George Baller Single Malt

A three-year-old Californian single malt whiskey from St George Spirits, inspired by Japanese and Scotch whiskies. This whiskey is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and French oak ex-wine casks, and is filtered through maple charcoal before being finished in ex-umeshu casks. The palate is sweet and dry, with a delicate background of smoke and fruit.
