Stellum Bourbon

This award-winning Bourbon finds its flavour in the tension of three Indiana Bourbon mash bills, two of which are high-rye, with the third being almost exclusively corn. Older barrels from both Kentucky and Tennessee are folded in slowly, through a multi-step blending process, lending further complexity and depth. Clove and allspice on the nose, together with creamy macadamia nuts and light tobacco. Vanilla and marshmallow open up to pepper and sweet spice on the palate, together with blackberry and apricot notes, concluding on a wonderfully evolving finish.
