The Irishman The Harvest

The Harvest from The Irishman whiskey range is built using a recipe of 70% single malt and 30% single pot still whiskeys, all made with Irish barley and all triple distilled. It’s matured in American oak bourbon barrels, making for a flavour profile packed full of vanilla and creamy fruit notes. It was previously known as Founder’s Reserve, but the new name was chosen to honour Irish agriculture and distilling.
