The Oxford Artisan Distillery Rye Whisky – Batch 2

Rye whisky is rather popular these days, and with that, more and more distilleries are producing it outside of America ? like Oxford, for example! The Oxford Artisan Distillery has a knack for using interesting grains, like the ancient heritage rye strains which feature in this expression alongside wheat and even some oats and thistles. Batch 2 was matured in a combination of virgin American oak casks and freshly-emptied Port casks.
