This 12 Year Old W.L. Weller bourbon is part of the original wheated bourbon family, with a high wheat content in its mashbill contributing to its silky smooth finish. Produced by Buffalo Trace Distillery, this expression takes its name from William Larue Weller, who pioneered straight bourbon production using wheat in 1849. With a rich flavor profile and 45% ABV, it's an excellent example of wheated bourbon at its best.
