Waterford Arcadian – Gaia 1.1

The first release in the Waterford Distillery’s Arcadian Series, Gaia 1.1 is an organic Irish single malt whisky, as certified by the Organic Trust! This expression uses Irish barley grown by seven different farmers, and matured in a combination of first-fill American oak, virgin American oak, Vin Doux Naturel and French oak casks.
