Waterford Gaia Organic 2.1

Waterford Gaia is the only certified organic Irish whisky and is made from organic Irish barley grown at six farms. The 2.1 release has a slightly spicy nose with white pepper, liquorice, citrus peel and red cherries. On the palate, more citrus fruit peel, sweet marshmallows, brown sugar and smooth milk chocolate.
