Hook Head 1.1 is part of Waterford’s Single Farm Origin series and is made exclusively with Irish Propino barley from Hook Head farm’s 2015 harvest. Matured in a variety of casks, including first-fill bourbon barrels, virgin American oak and French oak casks for three years and eight months.
