Waterford Lakefield 1.1

Part of Waterford`s Single Farm Origin range, this whisky is created exclusively with the `Irina` malted barley harvested in 2016 from the Lakefield farm in County Laois. The nose is a little malty at first, followed by oatmeal, digestive biscuits, hints of blueberries, fresh lemons and green apples. The palate is sweet and creamy at first, with plenty of caramel and honey, with more blueberries, red apples and lemon pie.
