This is a small batch assemblage of Waterford?s single farm origin whiskies, conceived by master distiller Ned Gahan. The nose is very complex, featuring apricot, sultanas, maple syrup on pancakes, candied apples, sage and thyme. The palate includes flavours of white pepper, spicy, grapefruit, sweet and sour, chilly flakes and root vegetables.
