A single farm origin single malt Irish whiskey from Waterford, Sheestown 1.2 is made exclusively with barley grown by Phillip O`Brien in Sheestown, Kilkenny. The nose reveal pronounced of malt, nougat, caramel and toffee, followed by fresh yeast dough, milk chocolate and floral notes. The palate boasts flavours of chocolate, marzipan, nougat, caramel and with spicy notes of wild herbs, pepper and grated nutmeg.
