Wild Turkey Bourbon is a rich and full-bodied whisky from Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, distilled at the Wild Turkey Hill distillery since 1869. This bourbon's name originated in 1940 during a wild turkey hunting trip by distillery executive Thomas McCarthy. Master distiller Jimmy Russell, the longest-tenured active master distiller in the world, has crafted this fine spirit using traditional techniques learned from Ernest W. Ripy. With an ABV of 52.5%, Wild Turkey Bourbon is known for its complex and satisfying taste profile.
