A single barrel release from Wilderness Trail. This “wheated” Bourbon is aged for around five years in new oak before being bottled at a healthy 50% ABV. Buttery popcorn, light maple syrup and vanilla rise from the glass, the palate is big and buttery with a drizzle of butterscotch sauce before an oaky, spicy finish rounds things off.
