The folks at Derbyshire’s White Peak Distillery are back with more delicious English single malt whisky! This lightly peated expression was matured in a combination of American and French oak, with a majority of the casks shaved, toasted and re-charred after previously containing bourbon. Delicate whispers of smoke waft amongst buttery banana, warming ginger, and creamy vanilla, perfectly complimenting the Wire Works’ typical fruit-forward profile.
