Wolfburn Single Malt

This single malt from one of Scotland`s newest distilleries was aged in old Islay whisky casks and it shows! Peat and Highland heather dance on the nose whole a light touch of vanilla meets a crisp sea spray character. The palate brings icing sugar, vanilla custard and a hint of apple blossom before a finish of pear and freshly cracked barley.
