This bottle of bourbon is crafted from the innovative spirit of Elijah Pepper and Master Distiller James Christopher Crow's pioneering techniques at Woodford County Distillery in the early 1800s. The whisky has been matured in new, charred oak casks within one of the world's few heat-cycled barrelhouses, imparting rich, full-bodied flavours. Characterised by a bold and complex taste profile, this bourbon boasts notes of vanilla, caramel, and a subtle smokiness, with a robust 43.2% ABV.
